Overview of tax exempt issues
- Tax exemptions can be applied to both the customer and vendor facing sides of the PP marketplace
- Vendors
- Purchasing Platform is tax exempt as a certified reseller
- Vendors will periodically request an updated exemption form
- Customers
- Customers in certain fields or business can qualify for tax exemption
- Customer exemption form must be kept on file by our internal finance team
- Vendors
- Regardless of the request type, vendor or customer, they must be routed through the PP Finance team
