Payment Terms

Terms are granted solely at the discretion of the Finance team
Instead of charges and refunds on an order, you will see invoices and credits
Credits and invoices are distributed to the customer to the list set in their customer edit page
In the last year, the new terms agreements include a caveat that past due balances are charged against a backup credit card
Users associated with customers on terms will never have to select a payment method at checkout
If a users requests the use of terms, begin the conversation within the #askfinance channel on slack
