Payment Methods 101
Purchasing Platform supports ACH bank accounts, credit cards, and in rare cases payment terms
- Credit cards and bank accounts can be added via the payment method page. Credit cards have a 2% fee per transaction, bank accounts have no additional fees
- Credit cards can also be added at checkout by any user and shared across the account
- Users can be assigned to payment methods via the payment method page
- Depending on configuration, payment methods can be assigned at the user or location level.
- Location based payment is best for large companies to ensure accuracy and make user additions or re-assignment easier
