- If users are concerned about fees they can confirm their status via the front end on this page
- Whether fees are determined is decided on a customer page. Click “Membership” to confirm status of billing
- Individual properties can be exempted from membership by toggling on the location specific page by clicking edit and toggling an exemption
- Any billings done in error need to be referred to #askfinance
