Access to Wayfair punchout is delayed compared to the instant access of Amazon or Lowe’s
- The most common error when attempting to access Wayfair Punchout is the lack of an account
- Accounts for Wayfair are not created automatically
- Operations submits a list of new users to Wayfair for account creation weekly on Wednesdays. There is additional lead time needed to set up the accounts
- If a customer cannot wait for the setup and needs to place an order there are two workarounds
- Send an email to Merchandising (Lizzie) and request account creation be expedited for user
- Confirm Wayfair item numbers they would like to purchase and locate or create said items in the active catalog allowing them to access without punchout
