Vendor Not Allowed

Adjustments in vendor matrix can create "Vendor Not Allowed" at checkout

  • Many vendors have multiple accounts with different pricing 
    • Ex. Goodman
  • If the customer’s vendor grid is changed to swap one vendor variant for another it can cause their cart items or favorited items to generate the error “Vendor Not Allowed”
  • Confirm the vendor SKU with the customer and then advise them to search via the same part number
  • The search should yield corrected results for the vendor they currently have access to
  • This corrected item will remove the error
